Ball valves

Designed for operation as shut-off devices on process lines transporting non-aggressive natural gas and other non-aggressive media with temperature from -60°C to +80°C.

Tightness – per A grade (GOST 9544).
Connection – welded end (manufacturing of flanged cock is possible). Climatic version – for areas with temperate and cold climate (-60°C
thru +45°C).

Ball valves are manufactured of different versions: with Manual Actuator, and with Direct Gas Actuator with Liquid Damper and Hand Pump.

Installation type – over-ground and underground.
Ball valves can be completed with valve emergency shut off automatic device (for DN 400-1400).
Ball valves with Manual Actuator are installed in any position, and ball valves with Direct Gas Actuator with Liquid Damper and Hand Pump are installed on horizontal parts of pipelines with upwards actuator with vertical axial.
The average service life before overhaul is no more 40 years.

 

    Design features:

  • ball valve body consists of two welded stamped semi-bodies, that excludes the possibility of valve unit depressurization concerning the external environment;
  • sealing of gate valve is made of elastomeric material with high wear-and erosion-resistant;
  • high tightness is achieved by compression of both seats to the end plug;
  • valve is designed as «end plug in the supports» with self-oiling bearings made of metalfluoraplastic that makes easy valves control ball valves with Direct Gas Actuator with Liquid Damper and Hand Pump;
  • cylinderless actuator construction distinctly reduces the volume of pressure liquid of actuator hydraulic system;
  • direct Gas Actuator with Liquid Damper and Hand Pump are filled in the pressure liquid;
  • ball valves control units have integral terminal plates, end switches.
    And they don’t require additional piping;
  • control Voltage – 24, 110 and 220;
  • it is possible to complete ball valves with electric actuators;
  • it is possible to manufacture ball valves of underground installation type with application of corrosion-resistant polymer coating.
