At the end of January “Sumy NPO” PJSC has been proceeding with testing of two water packed vacuum pumps of ВВН-50/0,2Н type. Satisfying themselves with the proper quality of the product, Sumy machine-builders are going to deliver the equipment to the Customers’ sites in the near future.

One pump will be applied in chemical industry. “Sumykhimprom” PJSC needs it for modernization of own production facilities. Another pump having the same purpose will operate at “Horazm Shakar” company (Таshkent, Uzbekistan), which mainly focuses on sugar refining.

According to the information of Oleg Semesenko, Sales Management Lead Manager, in both cases the equipment is made of stainless steel and will be further used for operation in corrosive environment.

He also adds that under the agreements reached the plant workers shall deliver not only pump, but also liquid-packed ring compressor ВК-50Н to the largest sugar manufacturer in Uzbekistan, which capacity is 390 thousands of tonnes per year or 1150 tonnes of sugar per day.

By the way, we have prior experience cooperating with this customer, as four years ago Sumy NPO delivered two liquid-packed ring compressors of ВК-50М1 type at the partner’s address.
