“Sumy Machine-Building Science and Production Association”, PJSC has signed a number of contracts for the supply of liquid-packed ring type vacuum pumps BBH 2-300 and rotors to them. This equipment is designed for the Northern, Central and Southern Iron Ore Refineries (GOK), located in the city of Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk region.

In general, the contract provides for the production of the seven BBH 2-300 pumps and two rotors to them. Actually, four pumps should be supplied to “Southern GOK”, PJSC, two items of such products with additional rotors should be supplied to “Nothern GOK”, PJSC, and “Central GOK”, PJSC, ordered a ВВН 2-300 pump.

The equipment will be shipped on step-by-step basis during the first half of this year.

As Oleg Semesenko, the senior sales manager, informs, ВВН 2-300 liquid-packed ring type pumps are among the most powerful. They are designed for pumping of impurities that are not soluble in water. The weight of a pump is 15 tons.

Sumy NPO branded pumping equipment is in demand within the manufacturing facilities renovation at Customer sites. In addition, in the 2000s Sumy engineers actively supplied liquid-packed ring type vacuum pumps to Krivoy Rog metallurgists.
