“Sumy Machine-Building Science and Production Association”, PJSC completed work on the order of the company “Khorazm Shakar” (Tashkent, Uzbekistan), which provides for the production of liquid-packed ring type compressors of VK-50N type. In the coming days, the finished products to be supplied to the place of further operation.

According to the terms of the contract, Sumy machine builders developed two units of equipment with a capacity of 50 m3/min. Its key purpose is to compress aggressive gases that are insoluble in water. Liquid-packed ring type compressors are made of stainless steel. The weight of each of them reaches 2 tons.

The equipment is required by the company “Khorazm Shakar”, which is the largest producer of sugar in Uzbekistan, within the planned modernization of its own facilities.

“Sumy NPO branded products are recognized by Uzbek sugar producers. In particular, our liquid-packed ring type compressors VK-50M1 are operated at “Khorazm Shakar”.
