Sumy NPO PJSC received an order for the supply of a number of equipment within the framework of the development of the oil and gas condensate field Southern Kemachi in Uzbekistan. At the moment, the necessary technical documentation is being prepared, and in the near future the production facilities of the company will start operating.
According to Andrey Melnik, the senior manager of Sumy NPO Overseas Sales Division, the agreement specifies the production of two fuel gas heaters and the same number of buffering gas heaters.
Shipment of finished products will be held in turn. In particular, the customer expects buffer gas heaters in September of this year. Following them (in October), the second block of the equipment stipulated by the contract will have to be shipped to Uzbekistan.
This agreement is not the first in the framework of the upgrade of the Southern Kemachi field. Sumy machine-builders were active participants in the construction of a booster compressor station in this field, which was equipped with 4 modular turbo-compressor packages: two with a unit capacity of 8 MW and two with 18 MW each. Considering that natural gas which is produced at the field contains aggressive impurities, the company then offered the customer an improved type of compressors with corrosion-resistant materials.
