“Sumy Machine-Building Science and Production Association”, PJSC and the company Ingenieurbüro R. Großmann GmbH & Co. KG. KG (IBG) from Germany signed a contract for the delivery of a turbo-compressor package with process station equipment.
According to the latest agreements, Sumy machine builders should produce a 12 MW turbo-compressor package (TKA-C-12) on the basis of a double-casing three-stage centrifugal compressor consisting of a low-pressure casing and a two-stage high pressure casing. The customer also expects a number of auxiliary equipment, among which are input, end, and intermediate separators, designed for low and high pressure. In addition, the delivery covers the electrical unit, convex strainers and pipeline valves for the inter-unit piping of the compressor line.
This product is designed to compress and transport associated petroleum gas to the gas transportation system. It is in demand within the expansion of the compressor station, which IBG will reconstruct. Shipment of finished equipment is planned for the end of the fourth quarter of 2017.

Actually, for the needs of the partner, the cooperation with which began in early spring of this year, separators, tanks and vessels, pumping and other process equipment, spare parts for compressors, etc. are manufactured at the company’s production sites. The new agreement is an excellent opportunity for Sumy machine builders to show their German colleagues competence in turbo-compressors TKA, which are rightly called the heart of compressor stations, developing,” Vladimir Andrienko, head of Department of Sales Division said.
