PJSC “Sumy Machine Building Science-and-Production Association” signed a contract with a domestic company “Ukrnafta” for the supply of regeneration-evaporation column K-2.

According to Sergei Antykov, the senior sales manager for equipment of chemical plants, this is a typical product of Sumy engineers. “The equipment specified by the agreement is designed for ethylene glycol from the water separation by distillation. This will be a 16-meter column with multiple internal devices – cap trays. The equipment will be used at Kachanovski gas processing plant, which is in the neighboring Akhtyrka district”, – Mr. Antykov says.

Finished product is expected in spring of next year.

According to the source, this is not the first time when the Company co-operates with PJSC “Ukrnafta”, the largest oil and gas company of our state. Just as to Kachanovski GPP, which is one of its business units, the active business dialogue was in the 90s of the last century. Then there was a long pause – till 2008. And now there is another chance to become not just a situational partners and lay the basis for closer cooperation in the future.
