PJSC “Sumy NGO” is actively implementing projects of the company Ingenieurbüro R. Großmann GmbH & Co. KG. KG. Actually, the company goes to the stage of hydrotesting of the next lot of equipment: large adsorbers for completing the gas drying unit, as well as the blocks of the inlet and end separators. They will hang around TKA-C-12, which, together with process equipment, are expected by German colleagues at the end of this year.

As Andrey Demin, the head of workshop number 4, where this product is manufactured, noted, the production process has passed deep beyond the equator. “First, according to our plans, we will complete one of the adsorbers. By the way, the equipment is serious: the height is 19 m, the diameter is 1.8 m, the thickness of the shell wall is 60 mm. This sample of equipment has already been put to the pilot test. We will check it for compliance with the declared parameters, after which the adsorber will be sent for painting. The procedure, I must say, is responsible and long. We need to provide coverage at 300 microns, “- said the source, adding that the second copy of similar products” will take the exam “for fitness in a few days.

Valuable time in the production of separator blocks is not wasted. In particular, the inlet separator is being tested. “This separator is also rather big: its height is 8 m, the diameter reaches 2.4 m,” Mr. Andrey Demin noted.

As for the end separator, the whole of its metal part is made. The joining of the shell and internal parts has already been carried out, and at the end of November heat treatment is scheduled. Further, the unchanged procedure – hydrotesting, painting, packaging, will be performed. The end separator is scheduled to be shipped in December.
